Got Land in Alaska You Don't Want? We'll Buy It.
One call, one offer, one closing. That's the whole process.
We buy from remote recreational parcels to lots near Anchorage and Fairbanks — and every other kind of vacant land in Alaska.
Selling Land the Normal Way Is a Nightmare
You list it, nothing happens for eight months, you drop the price, still nothing. That's not you doing it wrong. That's just how land sells on the open market.
- Paying property taxes every year on land you never visit
- Inheriting a parcel three states away that you never asked for
- An agent who won't return your calls because land listings don't pay
- Family land nobody can agree on — and nobody wants to deal with
- Back taxes piling up while the land just sits there
How It Works
Give us the basics
Address, APN, county — whatever you've got. If you only know 'somewhere near Flagstaff,' that's a start.
Get a real number
We run comps and check access/zoning, then send a firm offer. Not a range. A number.
Close and get paid
Title company, e-signatures, wire transfer. Most sellers see money within two weeks.
The Honest Math
- No commissions. Agents take 6-10% on land — if they take the listing at all. We pay zero commission because there's no agent.
- We buy as-is. Overgrown, landlocked, back taxes owed — we don't care. That's our problem after closing, not yours.
- You pick the timeline. Need cash Friday? Fine. Need three months to sort out heir stuff? Also fine.
- We actually close. Nine out of ten of our signed contracts close. Try getting that certainty from a listing.
If It's Dirt, We're Interested
We buy vacant land like: Rural acreage, Farmland, Hillside and mountain parcels, Vacant residential lots, Infill city lots, Tax-delinquent land, Inherited land, Landlocked parcels — and plenty more. If you're not sure yours qualifies, just ask.

Frequently Asked Questions
The title has issues. Is that a deal-breaker?
Rarely. Our title partners clear up old judgments, missing heirs, and recording gaps routinely. If something truly can't be fixed we'll tell you straight, but that's the exception.
What paperwork do I need to provide?
Whatever you have — a tax bill, deed, or just the APN/parcel number. If you don't have any of that, give us the county and a rough location and we'll find it.
I don't have a survey. Is that a problem?
Not for us. We buy based on county records and our own due diligence. If a survey is needed for closing, we order and pay for it.
My parcel is landlocked with no road access. Will you still buy it?
Yes — landlocked parcels are one of our specialties. Access issues affect the price, but they don't kill the deal.
Are there any fees or commissions?
Zero. No commission, no closing costs, nothing skimmed off the top. Your offer is your payout, minus only things like back-tax payoffs that we'll list out clearly.
